The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 DI III VXD Fuji X-mountphotographic lens not only guarantees high image quality, but also offers maximum practicality. Despite its remarkable focal length of 500 mm, with a length of only 209.6 mm and a maximum diameter of 93mm, it is extremely comfortable to use. As the first Tamron lens dedicated to Fuji X-Mount full-frame cameras, it is equipped with a VC image stabiliser, allowing for ultra-sharp handheld shots. Its optical scheme comprises 25 elements in 16 groups, including several special and hybrid aspherical lenses for correcting optical aberrations. The BBAR-G2 lens treatment minimises reflections within the lens and eliminates ghost images and flare, which can lead to lens flare. Ghost images and flare, which occur particularly frequently when shooting against the light. At a focal length of 150mm, the minimum focusing distance is 0.6m, which means the lens is also suitable for suggestive -up shots.

The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 features VXD autofocus with a powerful linear motor. The advantages of VXD technology are its high speed and high focusing accuracy. The autofocus reacts in an instant and delivers excellent sharpness even on dynamic subjects, such as athletes, fast-moving vehicles, wild animals or birds.
