With SWITs unique SMD Edge Mounted and high-efficiency 90° light guide technology, the VANGO-100 has an ultra-slim dimension with a thickness of only 21 mm and diffuses soft light to paint the entire room.
Normal RGB panels are very bright in CCT mode, but much lower in RGB colour mode. This is because in a normal RGB light, the RGB colour LED and the white LED have fixed speeds to share the total light power and, when emitting colour light, the RGB LEDs only use 1/3 of the power.
Thanks to SWITs unique Time Division Drive technology, all light power can be allocated to RGB coloured LEDs and the intensity of coloured light can be significantly increased. The 100 W VANGO-100 coloured light intensity is equivalent to a 300 W normal RGB coloured light intensity.
The VANGO-100s rear control panel supports 5-pin DMX input and output, 4-pin XLR DC 11-36 V input and battery plate with V-mount (gold holder for option), and a large colour LCD display with menus and hotkeys for convenient colour selection. The USB-A port is for updating the firmware or the users colour profile and for powering the wireless DMX receiver.
