The Jantzen Audio 000-1248 is a top-notch air core coil, ideal for all audio applications. Made from high-purity, Grade 1B copper wire, it's designed to deliver a distortion-free audio performance. The coil is "baked" into a perfect shape thanks to its modern self-supporting design, eliminating the need for plastic bobbins. The enameled copper wire is solderable and comes with a self-bonding topcoat, class 155, in compliance with IEC 60317-35 and DIN EN 60317-35 standards. It boasts a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring a precise and accurate audio output. The coil is coated with polyurethane and an aliphatic polyamide bond coat for added durability and longevity. This air core coil is a perfect addition to your audio crossover components.
