The Jantzen Audio 000-1157 Air Core Coil is an integral part of crossover components, ideal for all audio applications. It features a high-purity copper wire that is 'baked' into a perfect shape, creating a distortion-free inductor. The modern self-supporting design eliminates the need for plastic bobbins. The enameled copper wire is solderable with a self-bonding topcoat, adhering to the class 155, as per IEC 60317-35 and DIN EN 60317-35. The grade 1B copper wire is coated with polyurethane and an aliphatic polyamide bond. It boasts of a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring high precision and performance.
