The Sennheiser EW-DP ME2 SET (R1-6) Digital Portable UHF Wireless System is designed specifically for content creators, videographers and journalists looking for a wireless experience. It is a fully digital, camera-mounted wireless microphone system that uses professional UHF transmission to reliably transmit Sennheisers unadulterated, broadcast-quality audio directly to your camera. This configuration includes an EW-DP EK single-channel camera-mount receiver with mounting kit, a lightweight EW-D SK bodypack transmitter with ME 2 omnidirectional lavalier microphone, plus 3.5 mm and XLR output cables to connect the receiver to a DSLR/mirrorless camera or a recorder or mixer.
Very easy to set up and simple to use, the EW-DPs professional-grade features offer an intuitive user experience for both novice and experienced users.
The receivers wide 56 MHz bandwidth, intelligent switching diversity reception with two antennas, and automatic scanning with 2240 frequencies work together to deliver rock-solid wireless performance, even in challenging RF environments. With an extraordinary dynamic range of 134 dB, the transmitter can handle virtually any input level without having to worry about setting the input gain to avoid clipping.
Bluetooth functionality allows you to remotely synchronise components and change settings from your phone using the Smart Assist app, while smart notifications provide troubleshooting and system guidance.
Intelligent battery management provides extended operating time on set with up to 12 hours on the transmitter and 7 hours on the receiver.
