Presenting the Jantzen Audio 000-1306, an air core coil meticulously engineered for audio applications. Made from high-purity Grade 1B copper wire, it boasts a modern self-supporting design, eliminating the need for plastic bobbins. The copper wire is "baked" into a perfect shape to ensure a distortion-free inductor. Furthermore, the coil features a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring precise and consistent performance. The wire is enameled and can be easily soldered thanks to its self-bonding topcoat, class 155. This is in accordance with IEC 60317-35, DIN EN 60317-35 standards. The topcoat is made of polyurethane with an aliphatic polyamide bond coat. This product embodies Jantzen Audio's commitment to quality and performance in the realm of crossover components and air core coils.
